#70: Freakshow - Stigmata

Freakshow
Stigmata

Genre: Heavy Metal/Hardcore

Note: these are transcribed by me.. I couldn't find lyrics anywhere, and I bought the album from iTunes. This is not expected to be correct AT ALL. But it's an attempt nonetheless. If you have this song, or decide to get it, then please please help me figure out what this song is saying. If you have lyrics, I would be more than happy if you commented them or emailed them to me. If you want to suggest what it's saying, that's good too.
Also, I apologize for the lack of updates lately. I've been busy.

Update 3/8/09: tried to smooth out the rough edges of the transcription. I forgot how much I love this band.

Step right up, we've got something for you
Something you never seen to rip through you
To erupt on your spine till I swim in your head
speak out in strength as we combat the dead

pre-chorus:
People keep on Takin over your body
People keep on taking over your mind
Whatcha takin over your mouth, people taking over your mind
Keep on taking 'cuz
You don't know what it's like till you see
You can't see this until you believe

chorus:
Welcome to the Freakshow
Up in the gospel sideshow
Jesus will revive all
Welcome to the Freakshow

Step right up
We got something to see
Something to behold
Something whole to believe
Christ crucified
was cut to the bone
We come in power and we don't come alone

pre-chorus
chorus

Welcome to the Freakshow

  2. The EP is on iTunes, I believe. I think that's where I found it. It's possible that I don't remember correctly, though.

  6. I'm not aware of anything. I've looked into them a few times, but there are so many bands called Stigmata that I was never actually able to find out for sure which band was which. Looks like there are even more of them now.
